No. The venue has a bar and sells beer, liquor mix, mixed drinks, water, sodas.

No. The Barn Venue has obtained a TABC mixed beverage/liquor license. We sell all alcohol.

The Barn Venue sells water and sodas. Your caterer can bring brewed tea and lemonade for the supper.
We ask that the caterers bring plastic table covers for the tables they will be serving on.

Yes, absolutely! We want your event to be as beautiful as possible. So long as there is no event on the prior day, the decorator will be allowed to come in. from 9AM- 2PM

Yes, you are responsible for scheduling. After you have served everyone their meal, we ask that food be removed before the dance begins.

Yes, that room is for you to relax and get glammed for your event.

Yes, a one-hour rehearsal is coordinated with The Barn Venue event schedule and subject to availability. The rehearsal hour can not extend your day of event hours.

Yes. We do not have an issue with that at all. We just ask to not use a hot glue gun or anything that will leave debris of glue.

No! No smoking, vaping, or drugs are allowed in the building. There is a designated smoking area on the east side of the building.

If they are water/ice based, The Barn Venue has fire sprinklers throughout the building and if they detect fire, they will turn on and water will be released.

Yes, both ceremony and reception can take place at The Barn Venue.

If you need to change the date of your event, there is a $500 charge. After your event, if there are any damages, there is a $500 fee.

There is a $1,000 non-refundable deposit required in order to secure your date.

Yes. The tables and chairs are included in your rental fee.
Chairs: 550 chairs, 40 cocktail chairs
Tables: 50 round tables, 10 cocktail tables

Yes. The Barn Venue hires 2 officers from the Midland County Sheriff's Office.

Your vendor can pick up everything the day after your event. Except the caterer. They will need to take everything after supper is over.

Yes, as long as they are in a vase floating inside of water.

No. Sound system will have to be rented from a DJ or other rental company.

Yes. The Barn Venue requires at least one band in order to book The Barn Venue. DJ is not considered a band.
We have several 20 amp dedicated outlets for bands. We do not allow them to hook on directly to the breaker box.

No. We can provide the contact information for caterers.

The men's restroom is located in the southeast corner of the venue. The women's restroom is located in the southwest corner of the venue.

We have 3 beautiful chandeliers, cantina lights hanging from the ceiling, and long lights throughout the building.

No. The Barn Venue does not provide a projector or screen.

No. There is no kitchen inside the venue. We do have a prep area for your caterers.

Either the person who rented the venue or your decorator will be the ones to set up tables and chairs. The Barn Venue does not set up tables and chairs.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. All card transactions of $1,000 or more will have a charge of 3.5% of the total.

Yes. We would be glad to show you the venue at a desired time you would like.

If there has not been a deposit paid, we can not save the date. A deposit has to be paid in order to securely save the date.

Yes, you may provide a snack table for your guests.
